BellaCasa Royale is a residential project located in Pune and developed by Rachana Life Spaces. It is a RERA approved project with the RERA ID of P52100047367. It is scheduled for completion on 31st December 2027.
Rachana Life Spaces had previously worked on Bella Casa Phase-II project, which is a residential development located at an address of SUS Survey no Part of 42, 43 44 in Pune. The project occupies a land area of 9799.76 square meters and consists of four buildings on a single plot, with a total of 229 apartments. The original proposed date of completion for the project was December 31, 2020, but it was actually completed on October 17, 2017.

As per MahaRERA, it includes a total of one sanctioned wing, with a FSI of 5368.87 sqmts. There is no recreational open space included in the sanctioned plan for the project.
It is a single building constructed on a total plot area of 483.77 square meters. The structure has one plinth, four podiums, and no stilts. There are a total of 14 sanctioned floors and no basements. The project does not include any open parking, but there are 56 covered parking spaces for its tenants and residents.
This RERA approved project offers 56 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with carpet area ranging from 88.06 to 108.30 sqmts.

The development's sewerage system consists of a chamber, lines, a septic tank, and a sewage treatment plant (STP).
