The proposed total FSI of the plot is 11503 sqmts, and the sanctioned FSI of the project applied for registration is 5753 sqmts.
The WaterFront is a single-building residential development. The plot area is 2640 square metres in total, with one plinth, and 24 stilts. The building has a total of 13 sanctioned floors, with no basements including 27 open parking spaces and 24 covered parking spaces.
According to MahaRERA, this registered project in Alibag offers 23 three-bedroom apartments with a carpet area of 3845 square metres.
WaterFront includes a variety of facilities and amenities to improve the quality of life for its residents. These include internal roads and footpaths, as well as water conservation and rainwater harvesting measures. They also focus on energy management and have fire protection and safety systems in place.
